Challenge of Me: Wrap-up

Here are some highlights from the Challenge of Me workshop I recently finished at BPS. We made 28 layouts in 28 days. Hmm... sounds kind of like LOAD. Oh wait, that's THIS month! More on LOAD later. First, here's what I made in January. These came together pretty quickly, once I got on a roll. I got in the groove of writing up the journaling (where applicable) the night before, and then assembling the page the following morning during Maddie's nap & Jillsie's Sesame Street. For those of you who are still baffled by my scrapping, just think of it in the same way you would think of an hour with a good book--a great escape and workout for the brain.

Oh nice job on your challenge of me. I took that class last year and loved it -- I still have 2 pages I need to finish up, maybe I can get them done in Feb. LOAD. Look forward to seeing more of your work. PS I recognize that Adornit paper - too cute!

It is so neat to see so many great moments "archived"! My generation is reassured that those "old" photos and "passing thoughts" will live on. Meanwhile, I simply enjoy what you are sharing with your mom, Margaret. N'oublie pas que je t'adore!

Thank you, S! It was a wonderful class. I wouldn't have made those pages without the challenge. I love that Adornit paper, too. And... I love your studio/library!

Thank you, Mandi! You are too nice to me.

Thanks, Mommy! I love you, and I will not EVER forget that you love me, too. I'm a lucky girl.

Wow, great job on the class! I also took the class but got too busy so I procrastinated. I really like the quote on the last page..being an Army wife myself I feel that sentiment exactly.

Wow...that is beautiful, M! I'm so inspired and yet all my "tools" are waiting for me in Oklahoma (where I will hopefully be going soon and I can think of no better way to while away my days!)

Everyone, thank you so much for stopping by and checking out my stuff. Your comments are so kind!

Lisa -- I am such a scrapping nerd, that it literally MADE MY DAY that you stopped by. Your class was such a treat for me; I hope you'll offer more workshops at BPS. I'm in!
